WIFI controlled 10W servo lamp with stroboscopic effect

Swaying 10W LED lamp with stroboscopic effect, smartphone control. Servo motor moves power LED, ESP8266 controller. Servo limits, speed, and lamp strobe are adjustable via Wifi. 12V 1A DC power. Prepare the 3D printed parts. Cut aluminium plate 0.5-0.8 mm thick 90x80mm and bend it to fit in the holder arm (23mm in the middle). The plate is the mirror, and provides cooling for the LED. Mount the power LED with M2 bolts, solder flexible cable to it and twist the cable once around the shaft before leading it into the case. The ESP8266 occupies one side of the case, the power supply and Mosfet the other, together with the power supply jack 12mm dia 5.5 * 2.1mm. SMPS module supplies 5V 1A (a linear regulator like 7805 or AMS1117 is not suitable here). N-Mosfet and a resistor 3.3-5.6 ohm 2W on a glassfiber PCB drives the LED. Built together in sandwich fashion with the MP1584 supply module. Load the Arduino program in the ESP8266. Enter your SSID and password in the program . Note the 192.168.1.xx assigned address from the serial output, or check it in the router. Test the servo and the LED by typing this address in the browser window. The servo moves between left and right limits, stops at "left limit" if the "right limit" is less then the "left limit" position, so with the "right limit" slider in left end position, the lamp stands still in the position determined by "left limit". The strobe controller slider in left end position : lamp ON, right end position : lamp OFF, controls strobe freqency between the two. Use some silicone paste to seal the case evtl. for outdoors. Mount the lamp in the position that the LED hangs under the servo motor. You can assign a fixed network address to your lamp in the router. Search the net to know how.
