WiFi Cap For QiDi Tech 1
thingiverse
I began with LarzJ's FlashAir WiFi Dust Cap, giving it a slight height increase to ensure a snug fit on my QiDi Tech 1 3D printer as a dust cap for the Toshiba Flash Air SD card. When I initially printed and tested the original version, it unexpectedly ejected the SD card from the QiDi's SD card slot. Apparently, an SD card inserted into the QiDi's slot protrudes slightly more than when in the FFCP. To address this issue, I employed the two-color version of the design (it's worth noting that it was intended for a QiDi Dual Extruder printer) and carefully adjusted the Z-axis on both parts within S3D. Additionally, I raised the base of the logo to create a smooth top surface. After these adjustments, I exported the STL files.
