I built this contraption specifically for the Wiffle Ball Open, a fantastic local charity event. The design is tailored to fit snugly on top of 2-inch-diameter PVC and easily pass through a 2-inch-diameter PVC pipe. It's been engineered to dispense balls nonstop – all you have to do is give the wheel a spin!
