Con-safe cosplay replica of Black Widow's push knife/dagger for a friend's Age of Ultron costume features a solid piece, with dagger not removable from sheath, plus dagger-only files. This model boasts holes for real screws and nuts from the hardware store, and the handle portion is designed slightly too thin to be plasti-dipped or rubberized. The sheath clip piece is made to be heat-formed 90 degrees down after printing and connected to the main sheath using the screws and nuts.
