Wider 4" Bag Clip in PLA Fully Assembled with Double Seal

I printed this remix of my 4" bag clip which was modified from one created by MasterFX. I added width to it along with two sealing rims. This design actually runs a bit over 4 inches long, but you can fit it on a 100x100 print bed if you turn the z axis 23 degrees and then re-center the part; either skipping the skirt or moving in very close, approximately 0.5mm to print around. I used PLA with .2mm layers and 25% infill, no support. A well-calibrated machine is essential for getting the hinge to print correctly so it separates and swivels as needed. Once printed, gently bend the parts back and forth near the center hinge until you feel a click; then the parts should be able to swivel freely.
