[UPDATE: January 29, 2021] I remodelled the x-axis cover part so that the endstop cable is not squeezed between endstop housing and strain relief This is a re-mix of the cable management for Micro Swiss DD from FastIndy (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4671124). I widened it from 16mm to 20mm because my cables coming from the extruder (hotend cardridge, thermistor, fans, custom nozzle light, BLTouch) need some more space. The part, which is mounted to the x-carriage can be printed without support. The part mounted to the cover of the z-stepper needs support (I used tree supports in Cura)
