Wide Tarantula leveling knob

This is an updated version of Charles_Snyder's leveling knob, modified to extend the entire body knurling by a couple MM. Additionally, I've increased the thickness of the spokes and finger surface. The original design was incredibly efficient, but I felt that the adjustment knob didn't fit snugly inside the part. To address this issue, I'm printing these knobs at 25% infill, which feels right to me in terms of balance between weight and sturdiness. However, please note that removal and pressing in the knob requires some effort, so it's recommended to have firm hands or use a bench vice. Before printing multiple sets, I recommend testing fit with a single printed knob first. It's easy to make a mistake like I did - printing four solid knobs at 100% infill only to discover they're off by one millimeter.
