I separate files of the paddle with a wider grip and the hinged cover.\r\nAn additional file is my final version: longer and wider handle, as well as patching a thin area in the controller handle attachment point.\r\n\r\nPrinted at 15% infill, 2 layers perimeter, and 3 layers top and bottom; Weighing with a 14-gram lithium battery is 167 grams. The lighter weight battery also reduces the weight in the paddle area, which I prefer.\r\n\r\nAn 8 x 32 nylon screw was used for the hinge. No nut is needed. Just run a steel screw through first to make the threads. This saves a couple of grams.
