This large fan duct is intended for use with a big nozzle or dual extruder head. It effectively cools the nozzle and its surrounding area. Designed to accommodate a 40mm fan, it is compatible with Thingiverse's model number 169844 and Greg's X carriage with fan mount. An LED strip can be added for extra features. For detailed instructions, see below. To install the duct, fasten the part between the 40mm fan and the X carriage using the top two holes. Glue the lower part of the fan for enhanced rigidity. If air flow through the upper openings is too intense, use tape to block them off.
