So you printed some extra exhaust ports (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5146319) so you can move your AC to different rooms, or lost the original covers, so you can close up the window when the AC is not connected, and need some more. Straightforward print - use supports for where the tabs go, but don't worry about the rounded edge, it should print fine. (In the photo, original cover on the left, 3d print on the right)
