This design should accommodate both 3mm and 5mm LED lights, with some extra space available for the larger ones. A single 9v battery will suffice for powering them. Adding a switch might be a good idea, along with one similar to the simple version found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2934360 - that one looks straightforward enough. The revised 2mm design expands the outer ring from 0.6mm to 2mm in diameter, while increasing the width of the two inner rings by about 1mm each.
