I'm running a Ultimaker 2+ with Cura, and I've had good results using the "Normal" printing profile (it takes almost 3 hours to print). It would be even better to use the "Fine" profile if possible.\nUse "Support" everywhere, overhang angle 40, and I prefer the Line type.
