This is a highly detailed, multi-part replica of the fantastic sea turtle design created by Simonarri: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1666174. To maximize print size on my 20cm x 20cm bed, I divided it into nine distinct sections. The model prints flawlessly without infill, supports, raft, or brim. For added strength, I used three shells with a total thickness of 1.2mm. Once assembled using high-strength model airplane glue, I finished the model with a vibrant coat of spray enamel and acrylic paint.
