Knob for Whole-House Fan or Attic Fan with 2-Speed Switch. The knob itself isn't easily found at big-box stores. The switch shaft is 6.25 mm at its base, featuring a double 'D' cutaway at the end. Measuring smaller, it's 5.1 mm in diameter, with those double 'D's. I've also included a slight 0.5-degree angle along the knob's axis for a tight press fit. I've uploaded the Fusion file if you'd like to make some edits, and the STL and G-code files if you prefer to print directly.
