I crafted this sculpture as part of my university project, driven by the legend of King Arthur, where I pictured myself drawing Excalibur from its resting place. My goal was to freeze time at the instant a worthy individual steps forward, mustering the courage to grasp the hilt and claim their rightful place on the throne. This enigmatic figure lacks a defined identity, leaving it up to your interpretation - perhaps they're a fitness enthusiast who prioritizes chest workouts on Mondays, or maybe they're King Arthur himself. The possibilities are endless, and I intentionally left this open to spark your imagination. When handling the sculpture, be cautious not to remove the support from beneath the sword, as this could result in an unstable piece.
