This is a cool model that I found on Sketchfab by RISD Nature Lab.This model is actually quite easy to print. There are just a few adjustments you need to make before printing.Add a raft at 2 or 3 layers for the best bed adhesion (or brim, whichever you prefer)Tree supports are ideal. Although you won't need much, make sure that the critical areas, everything from the eye socket and below, are supported. (The easiest way to do this is to go to “paint on supports" → click “on overhangs only” → and set the “highlight overhang by angle” to 25 degrees to 31 degrees. Then click "enforce")If the slicer tries to add supports on the upper jaw, just remove them after enforcing supports. It shouldn't need supports there. As always, if you have any issues with printing the model or have any questions, just send me a message.Image Source: ebird.org3 White-Thighed Hornbill fun facts:Is native to central Africa. regions include: Equatorial Guinea, Angola, Benin, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Congo, DR Congo, Gabon, Nigeria, Sudan, and Uganda.Lives in the canopy and sub-canopy of forests, from the lowland parts to 1,000 meters.Eats mostly fruit.
