This is a weapon from the webtoon "Tower of God". It's used by Khun for a little while and then disappears for most of the series. Scale everything by 10x or 1000% to be full-sized. Hope you guys enjoy it, this one was pretty quick to make but it looks like it's the right shape... for some panels.
