This model was created using 3D Studio Max (version 2014) and the Vray rendering engine (version 3.0), making it optimized for use in this environment. We assume no responsibility for use of this model outside of the recommended setting. The model is a high-poly mesh composed entirely of quads and triangles, carefully distributed across its topology to achieve a well-balanced structure. The rendering shown was produced using Vray materials and scene setup provided within the included MAX file (Vray lights, Vray materials, and environment settings). To achieve optimal quality, a TurboSmooth modifier was applied to the model. The renderer visible in the scene can be obtained by using the native file alone. MATERIALS AND TEXTURES: Textures range from 1024x1024 to 8192x8192. Rextures are available in both TGA and PNG formats. The package includes diffuse, normal, and specular textures. FEATURES: The package contains two MAX versions for each type of weapon: epee, foil, and sabre. Each version includes standard materials and lights as well as Vray materials and VrayLights. RIGGING AND ANIMATIONS: The model is rigged using the standard 3dsmax biped with additional bones added for enhanced functionality. Facial expressions are handled by a morpher modifier. The package includes 26 animations, covering various actions for each type of weapon: epee backward steps, foil forward steps, sabre high parry, and more.
