I use a piece of cardboard behind my glass dry erase board to prevent flex under pressure. If you have a glass dry erase board, unless you've spent a lot of money on it, it's probably not as thick as you would like. When erasing hard or writing violently, as I often do in design sessions, the surface can flex and bother you. This simple fix has worked for me.
