CREATION The model and its accessories were created using 3D Studio Max (2017 version). The topology is made up of quads and triangles. Images were created with the Vray rendering engine (version 3.4). MATERIAL AND TEXTURES Texture sizes range from 2048x2048px to 4096x4096px. All textures are in TGA format. A .jpg file named "environment.jpg" in the texture folder was used during rendering. The unit of measurement used for the model is centimeters (cm). RIGGING AND ANIMATIONS The model has been rigged with 3D Studio Max Biped 2017. Twenty-two animations are included: Catchball Desperation Evading left Evading right Jump Jump with ball Kick off Running backward Running cycle Running look back Running turn back Running turn forward Running with ball Start match Strafe left Strafe right Strafe left with ball Strafe right with ball Throw ball Two kinds of victory Animations are in place. Animations were crafted (no motion capture). There is no V-Ray animation file present. FBX FBX files of the animations were ported with Autodesk FBX (2017). The bones of the biped were converted into dummy format during porting from .max to .fbx. Note that: FBX is used for interoperability between digital content creation applications, but it can't be edited in the same way as the original 3D Studio Max files because it lacks the same features. WARNING Since the model was created with 3D Studio Max, it's optimized for use in this environment. We cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from using this model in environments different from the recommended one.
