In response to that (makerblock.com/2011/<|im_start|>/create-and-upload-something-i-will-flattr-you), I present a fusion of the bottle opener (thingiverse.com/thing:1842) and the thin whistle (thingiverse.com/thing:5416). The 3D print might require support material, depending on your printing orientation. The ZIP file provides OpenSCAD source and reference files for customization but excludes the combined object. For the hook-shaped object, download the STL. However, to use it as a coat hook, you need to drill holes in it.
