Whistle with variable lanyard loop

I'm definitely in the "Keyword: Because I Can" category. Honestly, I wasn't too fond of having the lanyard loop as wide as the whistle, so I made an adjustment. Since everyone has their own preference, I remixed not only my personal width but also provided the whistle without a loop and a separate loop object that can easily be stretched or shrunk to whatever length you desire - and then combined with the bare whistle.
