Redesigning a classic whistle, I shaped the pea more roundly while thinning the body. Positioned for easy break-off, this redesigned version now produces a sharp staccato sound. For successful printing, ensure no extra shells and 100% infill; solid walls are crucial. If issues arise, try acetone treatment on flat surfaces followed by drying. Additionally, calibrate infill and bridging settings for optimal performance.
