Whistle - Klingon & Star Wars

Because Klingon officers and Imperial commanders need to summon their troops, I crafted this whistle for them. The design is rooted in a whistle I used during my coaching days. It was loud and uncomplicated in its construction. To accommodate the Objet24 printer's tendency to use support material, I divided it into halves. Cleaning the interior would have been a nightmare, and shorter components print faster. I designed the halves to snap together seamlessly, eliminating the need for glue, although adding some will ensure they remain securely assembled. For ease of sharing, I created them as a single file rather than separate parts. Now, go out there and whip those troops into shape! I printed my version using the Objet24, carefully removing all support material. Here are the halves assembled... And yes, I didn't clean them thoroughly, but the design performed flawlessly, required no glue, and produced a deafening sound. Excellent!
