I created a whistle that Klingons and Imperial officers alike can use to call in their troops. Its design is based on the one I used for coaching many years ago. That whistle was loud and had a simple design. To accommodate the Objet24 printer, which requires support material, I divided it into two halves. Cleaning the interior of a single piece would have been very difficult and taken a lot of time, but with two halves it's quicker to print them. The halves were designed to snap together, requiring no glue. Although adding glue would ensure they stay intact, I intentionally omitted it for convenience. To simplify sharing, I created the design in a single file rather than multiple separate parts.
