WHISKS with an elaborate method for fastening the seven WIRE BOWS.The three different desings are ideas of mine and I implemented my ideas in detailed models.Version A;The bending of the ends of the WIRE BOWS has to be started after assembling them through the 14 holes at the deep drawn BUSHING and the 14 DISTANCE BUSHINGS.No additional welding process is necessary. The handle and the insert are made of plastic, recommended »ABS«The fastening of the insert assembly into the handle could be realized by glueing.Version B:Other fixing methods of the WIRE BOWS are thinkable, using no bending at the ends of the WIRE BOWS.Instead of the complex steps - described above - a surely more simple laser welding process is possible. The welding points and the welding seams are not shown in my model.Version C:In my opinion the best of the the three solutions. Using a second sheet metal bushing for a laser welding the wire bows on it. An optional sealing is now possible, so that no water can get into the handle insert (have a look at the screen shot with the coloured section surface). For an industrial manufacturing a "Fine Tuning" (Worst Case Calculation, especially regarding the dimension's tolerances of the components) is absolutely recommended.I think there are other mounting options. If you have an idea, please tell me your solution. The assemblies of the models are available as STEP files (.stp) only. The handle and the inserts are available as STL files additional.
