I'm working a grueling 12-hour shift at work right now, counting down the hours until tomorrow's departure for my well-deserved vacation. But yesterday was a different story altogether - I spent hours packing up all my vacation clothes only to have them get soaked when the washer suddenly went haywire, overflowing with water and spewing error codes everywhere. Just what I needed on top of everything else! So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and ripped apart the machine to diagnose the problem. After a thorough examination, I discovered that the culprit was a tiny nipple that had broken off from a coupling controlling the water level - a part that would've taken two weeks to arrive in time for my trip. With my vacation looming just 24 hours away, I knew I had to act fast. So, I whipped up a cad model of the replacement piece last night and installed it this morning. It may not be the most elegant solution, but it's working beautifully - and I won't have to worry about showing up on vacation in my birthday suit!
