Version 3.0 of a reinforced replacement wheel for a Whirlpool dishwasher has been engineered to last longer. The clips, which are prone to detachment, have been redesigned and fortified, while the wheels themselves are now more resilient. One notable issue with previous versions was a tendency for the wheels to fall off prematurely. Furthermore, a rare but critical malfunction occurred when one of our units' heating elements overheated, causing irreparable damage. Sunstealer's replacement clips, available on Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2732806), have been found to be highly effective in preventing these issues. To print this upgraded wheel, ABS plastic was used with a 25% infill setting. Supports were strategically placed under the recessed area to ensure stability and prevent warping during the printing process.
