Whirlpool Dishwasher Door Clip

I've been tackling some repairs on the Dishwasher, which forced me to run the machine with the door open to identify the issue. I created this clip to secure the door handle switch so I can inspect inside as the machine runs. CAUTION: you might get soaked! This is designed for a Whirlpool Silent Partner I; I'm fairly certain Silent Partner II and many other Maytag and Whirlpool Dishwashers have the same door latch, so I thought I'd share it with others. Its design isn't perfect, so it may need a piece of tape to stay in place. I'll probably fix that the next time my machine breaks :). To use it, simply insert into the door latch holes with the angled face down. I strongly recommend only opening the door a small crack unless you want a very hot shower.
