Whirlpool Direct Drive Washing Machine Agitator Cam Repair Part

My Whirlpool direct drive washing machine started trying to kick the agitator into gear during the spin cycle. After following repair videos on YouTube I figured out that it was a very expensive part This doesn't replace the cam but gives it a new face to ride on. it is keyed to slot in beside the exposed lobe and has a negative angle to help keep the transmission engaged. I also sanded the top cams smooth but not too much. they still need to provide the needed lift. I used Carbon fiber filled polycarbonate but PETG would handle the heat and oil. probably do fine for wear ???? This was a prototype I expected to fail but it still works. I printed it in pretty big layers, but I would print it fine as possible. Printed fine for me without supports. with supports not as well. YMMV
