If your agitator lifts up and off in your whirlpool-made washer, it's likely that the rubber washer on the 7/16" bolt is worn out. In this case, there's no need to purchase a new kit from Whirlpool, which includes all the parts except for this one washer, as long as the other components are functioning properly. I use 100% infill to achieve maximum strength.
