This is a complete spin rocket with tumble recover. No body tubes, nose cones, or parachutes are required. You simply need an 18mm motor like a C6 and some tape. These rockets soar up quickly and make a lot of noise as they chop through the air. They're a blast to fly and have been repeatedly flown on C6 motors without any issues. I haven't tried them on B or A motors yet. Updated versions feature blades with a twist, which produces a different sound and behaves slightly differently in the air. Still a great flier. There's also a version without the retainer. Just use 1/8" masking tape to create a thrust ring, insert the motor, and then apply a tape ring on the other side of the motor. I recommend using C6-0 motors. A motors are too weak for the larger 18mm file. B motors are okay, but I still advise against using long delay motors or the motor ejection may occur on the ground.
