Whelen Ion Universal Bucket

1/10/2021 - Added multiple versions for the same light. Still a work in progress, but still useful. This bucket, if you will, is made to house a Whelen Ion Universal LED light head. Install the light into the bucket, apply 3M VHB tape to the front, stick onto a window. This is for a 90 degree window such as a back window on a pickup, van, or whatever. The light head fits tight against the top of this with the smallest Whelen bracket included with the light. More designs to come, including the ability to adjust the light on the bracket, and with built in degree faces for other windows. Best to print this out of Poly Carbonate Blend since it will be in a window and get hot. Whatever resolution you choose will be fine. Print it with the opening up, and supports will be needed.
