Depending on your location only the grip your sword came with and modern fencing grips are available. We wanted to change that. This grip is available in a full sized version and a shortened version geared towards cut fencing with sabre-like guards and a straight version geared towards thrust fencing for foil or epee construction. This is a side project while we're working on a grip that is based on a historical grip. It's rather close to a normal French grip and gives enough room to post with, but can also be used with the index over the little hook. As usual we recommend a high wall count, and if you wish to grind and shape your grips after printing, a higher infill density. Especially if you want to shape this to fit your hilt construction.
