Wheely
thingiverse
Wheely, a unique Flightless Aircraft subspecies, inhabits southwestern deserts' disused aerodromes. Derived from autonomous UAV ancestors, these creatures form organized communities known as squadrons, engaging mostly in socializing. Remarkably, Wheelies still possess the electric field-detecting ability of their forebears while exhibiting indifference towards other mechanical organisms. Michael Curry, or Skimbal, is the creator behind this intriguing project requiring skills like circuit diagram reading, Arduino sketch uploading, and Japanese gearbox assembly. Printing on a MakerBot Replicator takes approximately 30 hours, followed by 4 to 6 hours of assembly. For detailed instructions, refer to Wheely Instructions.pdf.
