I modelled a new bin based on my broken favourite, which stores coins in my car. To design it without supports during printing, I gave it some careful thought. There was some minor drooping at the top overhang, but it's barely noticeable. First, print the bin, then when you're printing the axle and hinges, check the size of holes for the hinge and wheels on the bin. You might want to make them slightly larger or smaller - only adjust the thickness, don't use uniform scaling - depending on your printer's precision. I've included a few different sizes for hinges, with the longer one being for the axle.
