I am an ALS sufferer, and fully dependent on a BiPAP machine. I needed a mounting system which would hold the BiPAP machine and battery on the wheelchair, and which could be easily removed for the purpose of transferring to my commode or bed without disconnecting from the BiPAP. This is my solution. The design is intended for use with a Resmed Lumis BiPAP machine with humidifier removed and endplate fitted, and Resmed Battery. I hope that someone else might find this design useful! The mounting brackets which I've included are designed to meet the needs of my specific wheelchair, and have cut outs to fit around various brackets which were already in place. You may need to modify these. Cutting and folding from aluminium sheet might be a better option.
