The 3D model of a wheelchair was created using 3ds Max 2012 software and is a poly model. It features a self-propelled manual wheelchair with a frame, seat, footplates (footrests) for one or two feet, and four wheels - two caster wheels at the front and larger ones at the back. The large rear wheels have push-rims that slightly protrude beyond the tire, allowing users to maneuver the chair by pushing on them without grasping the tires directly. Manual wheelchairs typically include brakes that apply pressure to the rear wheel tires, serving as a parking brake, while in-motion braking is achieved by the user's hands applying friction and heat through the push-rims. To reduce discomfort from this, many users wear padded wheelchair gloves. Additionally, manual wheelchairs often have two push handles at the upper rear of the frame for another person to assist in propulsion, but active users may remove them to avoid unwanted help from others.
