Wheelchair forearm crutch holder

Wheelchair forearm crutch holder

thingiverse

This part fits onto the square bracket of the Fold-n-Go power wheelchair neck rest coupler, allowing a SideStix forearm crutch to be easily hung and optionally secured with a velcro buckle strap. To slide this part on, the neck rest bracket must first be disassembled. The tension clamps at the top end of the SideStix should also be rotated so that the bolt points outward as shown in the accompanying picture. Even without using the velcro, the canes are held securely by the top recess. The coupler is designed to be canted on two axes, causing the canes to point downward and tip slightly towards each other to clear the wheel and motor assemblies. Two couplers need to be printed, with one needing to be mirror imaged in your slicer for proper alignment.
