Wheelchair Cup Holder - Zip Tie Attachment

My mom needed a cup holder for her wheelchair so she could hold her coffee mug while walking the dogs or just cruising around the house. I came up with this design to attach to her armrest tubing, and it should work in several other places as well. To prototype quickly, I chose a zip tie approach, but this method has some real benefits. The bottom of the cup holder rests on a bracket, allowing it to swivel easily on round tubes, even when the zip ties are tightened. Plus, using this method makes it easy to install the cup holder in various locations, fitting different types of wheelchairs with ease. The cup holder has an inner diameter of 92mm at the top and 70mm at the base, accommodating most standard to-go coffee mugs without handles that we have at home.
