This is a critical safety measure designed to secure wheel valves - such as steam valves. Insert the hinge pin or use a bolt, depending on the size of your setup. Securely close the wheel cover around the valve wheel and engage the safety lockout lock on the opposite side. This system can accommodate up to three lockout locks at once.
