High-Poly Wheel Design: A Versatile Model for Automotive Applications A general-purpose wheel design, crafted with a high-poly style in mind, is now available for use in various projects. The tire and rim are modeled using NURBS, allowing for easy subdivision to achieve higher quality results. The tread features geometry modeling, while the sidewall relies on texture mapping alone. The brake assembly boasts a highly detailed model created using Alias, ensuring that it doesn't require subdivision and is already of high quality. This design element can be seamlessly integrated into existing projects without additional refinement. The native file format for this wheel design is 3ds Max 2016, with wireframes rendered using MentalRay and colored renders produced in vRed Pro 2018. To facilitate further customization, all materials and rendering setup scene files are included, along with Photoshop-ready bitmap materials and UVW-unwrapped textures for the tire sidewall and brake calliper.
