Wheel stabilizer / spacer
thingiverse
Replacements for flimsy nylon or PTFE spacers that come with the Tronxy X1 printer are long overdue, as they're woefully inadequate at stabilizing the wheels properly. These upgraded spacers do a much better job of ensuring the axes stay perfectly perpendicular and subsequently prevent the wobble that many builders experience when assembling their printers. They're particularly useful for the hot end carrier, where three pieces are required, and the bed. For the latter, I highly recommend my bed tensioner instead: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2854082. These spacers may not be as effective for the arm junction to the Z axis, since those wheels are securely fastened on both sides, unlike the others.
