I'm not sure if using only the dimensions counts as a remix, considering the mesh was too triangulated for direct manipulation in Blender. Credit is due to https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2703989, however. This wheel is based on another model of mine, which I simply scaled up and used the axle mount hole and outer rim dimensions from that other model to get something workable. Assuming it prints properly, it might still require some light sanding due to its potential inaccuracy. I employed the overlap and eyeball method in orthographic view, so you should factor in that level of "CAD precision." If someone has reference information on other dimensions and mounting patterns, I'd be happy to adapt this design for their needs.
