Wheel pant support for 93" AJ Laser 330

I usually add a block of wood to the wheel pants for added support against vibrations caused by R/C airplanes. This gives the end of the axle extra strength. Since I didn't have suitable wood available, I printed mine in ABS plastic instead. The design is specifically tailored for 93" Laser 330 models from AJ-Aircraft.com. I use a 5mm axle in these designs. I also create custom baffles for the 93" AJ Laser 330 with DA70 twin engines, and they can be purchased at CindysRC.com. However, I do not provide STL files due to my desire to earn income from printer costs through sales. Here are my preferred print settings: Printer: Custom CoreXY Rafts: None Supports: None Resolution: 0.3mm Infill: 20% Notes: For this design, I use a three-layer top and sides setup. The bottom layer remains unprinted to increase glue adhesion.
