Wheel Of Life

Life Tracker for Card Games Like Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, etc. As you take damage, rush for a healing potion or become the fortunate recipient of an ability boost, simply turn the correct wheel and clearly show your opponents just how valuable you are to the game.\nThe exterior shell is a single unit that has printed successfully many times without support structures despite its short bridges at 90 degrees. Two .STL files exist for each left and right wheel -- one file contains the wheel itself, one file contains the numbers. \nI did not upload files for the name plates because I doubt that every Thingiverse user wishes to see my name on his/her game accessories. The dimensions of the name plates are 35.5 x 10 x 1. If you print a plate with those dimensions, it should fit into the recesses tightly, but I recommend using glue for better adhesion.\nPrint Settings Printer: FlashForge Dreamer Rafts: None Supports: None Resolution: .2mm Infill: 20% Notes: The print settings are straightforward. The text might appear sharper when printed at a resolution of .15 or .1mm, but it looks acceptable and prints quickly enough at .2mm. I used OpenSCAD to design this model. I created the decagon shape by rendering cylinders with 10 facets. The difficulty lay in that the diameter of the decagon does not match the diameter of a circle inscribed within a decagon, so I had to guess and make trial-and-error adjustments to place the numbers on their correct positions within each face.
