In this project, you'll need to print multiple N and P Wheel Hubs and six rollers, each consisting of eleven pieces. To prepare the rollers, remove Ozebane and sand the top side for smoothness. For the hubs, trim any remaining Ozebane and dimples in the wheel spaces. Use 10 mm long, 3 mm filament pieces as axels to fix the rollers in the hubs. Don't forget to add rubber rims (O-rings like Farnell 185-2406) for a proper fit; their size is crucial and can be found at various sources. Glue the axels into the sockets using ABS dissolved in acetone. Note that this design requires four motors for full directional control, but your NXT Mindstorm has only three. A gearbox for four mecanum wheels would be helpful; someone kindly create it! There are six possible operations: forward, reverse, right, left, rotate right, and rotate left.
