Wheel Linkage Assembly

I started off by making sure the base was in the right spot and then started using concentric and coincident mates to connect the wheen and the rods together. In order to put the bigger circle inside the green base i used the tangent mate. To finish off i used a angle mate of 13.5 on the base and side of the circle connecting rod. In the end i did get the right x so i did it right.
