I designed this gear wheel specifically for an RC speed tank project on Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2024364, intended for temporary use only. The motor shaft diameter is precisely 3.175mm. My i3 printer, with its limited precision, allows the "gear2.STL" file to work seamlessly for me. However, I'm uncertain about how it will perform on other printers. To achieve optimal results, I printed the gear extremely slowly and at 100% fill density, with a layer height of 0.12mm.
