<p>A spare wheel for the Husqvarna Automower 305. Since the originals are too expensive I have drawn this replacement. I hope that it is durable and also copes well with slopes. But that will show over time.<br>Rim and profile are screwed, therefore you can change the profile at will should it be too worn at some point</p><p>Printing:<br>It is best to print the profile with many edge layers. I think that 100% infill would be too exaggerated, but with 5-6 edge layers you should be able to drive quite long carefree through the world.</p><p>I printed with 15% infill and 0,15mm layer height.</p><p>You need 6 screws + nuts: M4x20</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>You just need support for the middle of the rim. All the other parts are perfectly fine without any support.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Mount the profile to the rim with the screws. There are pockets for the nuts so just push them in deep enough.</p><p>Glue the logo to the cover and voilá, its done</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
